I've always hoped there were dealerships that existed like this one. The experience was fantastic, zero pressure and a truly pain free documentation process. We were shocked that there were no gotcha fees or dealership fees. The price is the price which is so refreshing compared to the rest of the industry. Other large dealerships Tesla's were in much worse shape and not even charged but this crew knows exactly what they are doing. After we choose my son's first car we provided a little information to the front desk and were told to explore the lot while they prepared everything. After about 15 mins, documentation was ready to be signed and that took 15 mins as well. I've never purchased a car so quickly and so hassle free. We will always look here first. Thank you BMVW team!!

Very good experience. Great communication. The transaction wasn't the smoothest - all my fault - but they were patient and accommodating. Most importantly, the car came as advertised. Very happy. A shout out to Rebecca and Ainsley for great customer service!

I had an amazing experience at BMVW. Mr. Toosi, went above and beyond to help me find my dream car within my budget. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire process was smooth, and I felt genuinely cared for. I love my car and they gave it to me in excellent condition. I can’t recommend this place enough—I'll definitely be returning for all my future car purchases!

Honestly the chillest car buying experience ever. Everyone here is super honest and actually nice — like, they care if you’re happy, not just trying to sell you something fast.They explain everything clearly and don’t sugarcoat anything. They’ll even tell you the stuff other places would hide, like what might go wrong with a car or what to look out for.No pressure, no sketchy vibes — just good people who want you to find something that really works for you. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this place 5 months ago..the car was high mileage but maintained very well & they we 100% truthful … No issues at all so far 🙂 no extra fees definitely recommend!!

I found BMVW through searching for cars on KBB.com, and ultimately purchased a 2022 Polestar 2 from them in April '25. They had a varied selection of cars and a big selection of EV vehicles, all of which seemed to be priced lower than other dealerships inside the perimeter. If your looking for a luxury customer experience, look elsewhere. However, if you know the car you want and have the cash on hand, you found the right place. The staff makes the process fast and easy. No dealer fees, and they register the title and tag for Georgia residents, which is nice and saves a bit of paperwork. I would purchase from BMVW again on my next ride.5 Stars for the car buying process - 4 Stars for the small hit to customer experience.

I purchased a Polestar EV from BMVW a month ago, and the experience was excellent. The dealer was transparent with pricing—no dealer fees or hidden charges—and was extremely helpful throughout the process. They assisted with the EV tax credit, patiently answered all my questions, and even extended the purchase timeline to accommodate my needs. On top of that, they included a charger, which has been very useful. The car itself has been running perfectly with no issues. Highly recommended!
