I bought the car from out of state sight unseen. They were good to work with. Like a lot of reviews said they werent the most responsive but I thought it was a fair trade for no dealer fees. They gave me a third part website for shipping and i got the car in a few days. There was some damage to the drivers seat and an undercarage pannel that the camera angles dont show well but overall I'm happy with the purchase a few days in.

We purchased the Q5 Audi Tech Premium Plus Suv. Mike was awesome he was thorough. My husband drove the car and loved it. He said, "babe" this is the car for you. Over all the process was seemless they do not do haggling their cars are well priced reasonable. I would recommend this location.

I brought it to their attention, and to their credit, they responded quickly and had the issue resolved by the end of the day. I truly appreciate their prompt service and willingness to make things right even though the car was sold "as is." That level of customer care goes a long way and left a lasting impression. Had a good experience. Before going to the dealership, I not only read the CarFax they shared free of charge, also requested a relative who works for a BMW dealership in OH to pull one. Came back identical to one shared by BMVW. Made the decision to go that much easier, for a seamless experience. No haggling, up front price shared on the website. Came away with a gem... a '25 CR-V Sport L with 19 miles for less than MSRP. Got as a bonus a full box of Ferror Roche.
